Publisher's Summary

Discover how to activate your creative mind.

What does it mean to be limited to inside the box, as opposed to being outside?

The key, according to experts on the subject, is to apply creative thinking to your daily life. Perhaps up until this time, you've never really thought yourself a creative person. Many of us go through life thinking that the only people capable of creative thought are artists, writers, and others who have been trained to apply this thought process in specific and sporadic circumstances. The truth of the matter is that every single one of us is capable of this type of thought. We've just allowed it to lie fallow, unused. When anything lies unused for so long, it may be difficult to stimulate it back to life.

This book can help you seek out answers to your everyday problems easier. You don't need to be an artist, a business executive, or even a physicist or scientist to employ this immensely insightful thought process.

Learn the two types of thinking that will improve your problem solving skill.

You'll discover and learn how to implement the two types of thinking skill that you should be using everyday: critical and lateral - or out of the box thinking.

Far too often, we listen to the constraints of the outside world, the social standards of society, and fail to use all of our resources to change even the smallest of circumstances in our lives. Now is the time to tackle problems in your life, from lack of space to starting a new career on a small budget or even relative-ship problems.

What this book proposes at surface level may not appear to make an impact on your life. As you listen, though, you'll begin to understand how changing the way you view your circumstances can change how you approach all problems in your everyday life.

The audiobook is is full of wisdom

I really enjoyed this audiobook. I have read a dozen current business books recently [the last year] and this is tackling the kind of ideas others haven't even dreamed of. The effect of things you know are there but you can't see. Everything change if you try and think a little differently.

Very Middle of the Road

I somewhat regret paying for this. It might be because this is geared towards an older audience, or because it relied on the listener having the ability to take a multiple choice test audibly, or because of the occassionaly awkward prose. I can't recommend this book.

It’s one self-help book I’d like to recommend. The writer sure knows what he is discussing and has provided reasonable tips everyone can learn from.

It is a straight-forward guide book.

Lots of ideas here! It’s teaching me the strategies on how to look at problems in a unique and positive perspective. I must admit that this is something I’m very poor at and right after I listened to the book, I’m still having second thoughts if I will be able to do it. Nevertheless, having a straight-forward guide like this increases my confidence.

To a healthy lifestyle.

The illustrative examples led me to thinking. I have experienced many times the negative impact on being trapped with my negative emotions. Cheers to a healthy adaptation.

Change your Questions

What I truly appreciated about this audiobook is how it make us think differently. It sounds a bit weird. If we think differently. Your reality will change according to the question you ask yourself. Eg. Most people wants to make a lot of money, but no one think about “ how not to make money and still have a good life”. I know it sounds a bit stupid, but yeah. Something we can think about. Great job Bruce
