  • The Work on Mother: "My mother should be happy."
  • The Work on Husband: "I am going to leave my husband."

    Simply not a book.

I was expecting a book; not a couple clips recorded during a conference. If one is not familiar with her work it may not even make much sense.

    Could do with being longer

Two case studies does not a comprehensive book make. Love Byron Katie, but I am sure she has a huge wealth of case studies she could have put together for this subject to make this book a much more immersive listen.

Great, down to earth and very entertaining !

Breath of fresh air on the stagnant waters of the mind. Thanks for taking the time to write and record these sessions.
