Acerca de esta escucha
"My future depends on my money."
"I'm unable to work."
"I can't trust others."
"I have to make decisions."
"The stock market is irrational."
"I need to be taken care of."
With much of her money tied up in a volatile market, a woman in terror about her financial well-being investigates the concepts she holds about money, work, and happiness. With Katie's help and four simple questions, she witnesses how the mind fluctuates - just like the stock market - and begins to experience the joy of the true wealth.

The Work is simply four questions that, when applied to a specific problem, enable you to see what is troubling you in an entirely different light. As Katie says, "It's not the problem that causes our suffering; it's our thinking about the problem." Contrary to popular belief, trying to let go of a painful thought never works; instead, once we have done The Work, the thought lets go of us. At that point we can truly love what is, just as it is.

Historia
Byron Katie, founder of The Work, has one job: to teach people how to end their own suffering. As she guides people through the powerful process of inquiry called The Work, they find that their stressful beliefs -about life, other people, or themselves - radically shift and their lives are changed forever.
This program, recorded live, includes The Work on Mother: "My mother should be happy", and The Work on Husband: "I am going to leave my husband."

The best advise about wealth I have ever read.
I love everything that Byron Katie writes and says. I just can’t get enough. I am so looking forward to attending the school in April of this year. I also bought all her audios. This is the most empowering advice that anyone has ever given me.
