I like how it’s divided up into five sections + the mental side is awesome. I need to work on section I the most to add strength…but also love the mobility chapter. I like the nutrition part, easy meal & snacks to have during the round as well. Very excited to implement all these tips in 2026!

I love how the story telling comes through this book but isn’t the entire book or primary focus. It’s also educational without being too advanced or scientific so it’s easy to understand and apply to daily habits for golfers. Perfect for a beginner to advanced golfer who just wants to improve all around in how they show up in the gym. Not to mention super motivating!
