Delightful!

This series is one of my oldest favorites. I first read “The Whispering Land” about 50 years ago. The enchanting quality of the book holds fast in this presentation.

The narrator was excellent.
I love all Durrells books. The dry humor is spot in.

I enjoy the writing of Gerry Durrell, always! The vocabulary and descriptive qualities are superb! The reading of this book is lyrical and I love it! I also enjoy God’s creatures on this earth as does he. I have read many of his books and was unsure about quality of the narrator. However, I am thrilled with the presentation of this book.🦭
