Publisher's summary

After her divorce, Charlene Dugan vowed never to get married again - a promise she has kept for twenty-five years. Until the fateful day she finds herself uttering the well-known phrase - "Let's get married!" Almost immediately, Charlene's seemingly perfect life begins unraveling at the seams. Daughter Stephanie's own relationship is about to disintegrate, and she might be just a teensy-weensy bit jealous of her mom. And Charlene seems to be spending more time with her ex-husband than with her fiancé, Dennis. What's more confusing is that Dennis doesn't seem to mind too much. In fact, he sees the wedding consultant more often than Charlene does. The wedding party is now officially out of control. They're calling for rain and the bride has cold feet. This isn't exactly what Charlene had in mind. But maybe it's not too late to finally decide on who and what she really wants.

This one is quite a ride!

I became exhausted every time I picked up this book. It’s ending was good, but getting there was quite a roller coaster. I started to put it away several times because of the conflict, but after I’d relaxed a little, I picked it up again. I will say that if you start this you need to be prepared to listen closely. There is no written agenda. In true Robyn Carr style, the ending was great.

Good read

Ups and downs. Nice planned out plots. Her books never disappoint really. The story revolves around a mother, her daughter and grandmother. With all styles of love issues.

Cheaters & liars

It’s well written but I don’t like the cheating & lying. I know it’s common but prefer not to listen about it.

one of Robyn Carr's best

You can't go wrong with Robyn Carr and Therese Plummer! I've listened to all the Virgin River books more than once, would love just one more! But this was a wonderful surprise, interesting characters and a great story! Can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

Great Book! I wasn't disappointed!

Robyn Carr is one of my favorite authors! I enjoy reading her books. I was not disappointed in this one. Overall it was a very good "uplifting" book! The narrator was easy to listen too and it was a great story line as usual.
