Robyn Carr and the years after 9-11

Robyn Carr does a great deal of research for her books, I’m sure, but for Blue Skies, she has done an exceptional amount! Her blend of fact and fiction strikes a “good read” balance! As always, I enjoy her characters, at least the good guys! Thanks Robyn Carr!

Blue Skies

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The story was informative and the characters were interesting.

Quite different — in a good way!

Perhaps it’s largely because I grew up flying — was a “pilot’s brat”, but I really enjoyed this one, set in flying world within the several years post-09/11. As she does always, Robyn Carr thoroughly researches the settings, details, characters she decides to bring us. I really especially enjoyed the unusual characters for this one — & of course, for me, the many interesting details re pilots, setting up an airline business interface of huge changes! Good book!

Her books are great, very entertaining. Some of them have a little too much sex but this book was perfect!

I have read every Robyn Carr book I can get my hands on but this is my all time favourite.
