this audible was amazing I finished it in 2 days, It was like having therapy right at my living room with the Fabolous Martha Beck, you definitely need a pen a notebook, do not listen while doing dishes or driving, sometimes you need a pause and really reflect on what she saying, I cried, I laughed, I smiled, I felt love and compassion for my self, all in one day listening to this marvelous information. Im buying like 5 copies of this book and giving them away to family and friends. YES IS THAT GOOD

Martha Beck connects physics and spirituality and our most intimate negative and positive thoughts into a concept that is powerful enough to change the way we can save our world. Certainly not an easy task, but definitely more possible when we each value our own life to seek the truth in ourselves.
