Breaking Generational curses

I really appreciated how the author tackled breaking generational curses. I also loved the psychological evaluation breakdown between the shadow self and the character. The book was very deep with self reflection and addressing one’s own demons and not allowing victimization to be the reasons for any shortcomings.
