Story
Something evil lurks in the woods, on the outskirts of town. It lives in the shadows and strikes without warning, always with the same objective: to mutilate, kill and devour its victim. A monster with a cannibalistic craving for human flesh and a sexual appetite which, seemingly, cannot be satiated. No victim is left alive, and the scattered remains divulge very little to the police pathologist.

Great story.
The story was really interesting, I had my thought on how it was going to end.... I was wrong, it went slightly different and it was great.
And as for the narrator, he did an amazing job.
I wonder what at will happen in the next one.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

It’s OK
You think it’s going to go supernatural a bit but it doesn’t. Lots of thriller tropes, and the prose are meh, and some of the characters and stuff left a bad taste in my mouth. Not worth a credit but might be worth it if it’s on sale.

horror well done!
This audio held my attention right from the start. The way the story twist and turns was done excellently. I was cheering for some of the characters throughout the story. I listened to this in one sitting... i just wanted to hear a little more...then i kept going. It was suspenseful a full storyline not just horror & gore but an actual story. Dont get me wrong it had its share of horror and gore but not overdone. Well done! Thank you...

Another excellent thriller from L.V. Pires!
This was another great thriller from L.V. Pires! I accidentally read the third book first, but it stood alone. When I went back to get the first two, I wasn't disappointed! These are excellent stories with well developed characters and storylines that leave you breathless waiting for the next scene! I can't recommend these books highly enough for thriller lovers and now I'm off to listen to book 2!
