It starts out with exercises and stories of people who have used the experience to create the future they only dreamed of.
Schwarz explains a variety of vision boards from gratitude, romance, and rediscovering moments of your past to celebrate.
I loved the 7 Wonders exercise which made a huge impact on me. I reflected back on the past year and realized I have a lot to celebrate! This gave me new freedom to create a new and inspired vision board!
