Great story

Suspenseful story, characters were realistic and the story had a happy ending. Romance as well.

Story was interesting but...

I liked the underlying story. The romance felt like a slow burn, but the class differences really irked me.
Also, I wish these explicit sex scenes were labeled in the genre as erotica... I'm definitely not a prude, but a blow by blow of the anatomy definitely detracts from the romantic aspects of a "romance" novel. I mean, seriously, the sex scene is over 25 min in length - no sensuality or mystery - zzzzzzzz, - enough! we got it, and it's not arousing.

I'm not a fan of this narrator, but she is not terrible.

more then just a love story

good plot..i like the mystery..but i did figure out it was pool from the beginning when he was in the office

I loved the character development and suspense. The plot was complex enough to sustain a great story. I look forward to listening to the other books in the series, hopefully with the same talented narrator.

Great bantering between Sophia and Tristan. I enjoyed the love story and the mystery!!! Can't wait to read more in the series.
