I really want more Elena /Damon interaction. The narrator is pretty good too. That is important when you listen to a series and i think they made the right choice in Rebecca Mozo.

Book 2 engaged me more with Elena’s struggle and Damon becoming more of a major character. Bonnie’s nature is revealed as well.

I am trying hard to like this but it’s so different than the tv show and I hate this Caroline and this Elaina is a cry baby and none of these girls act like they could find their way out of a paper bag if their lives depended on it!! This Stefano seams like a weak person and this Damon is more evil than anything.. these books have no finesse at all, don’t seam to flow well together.. I want to read the rest of the book in the series but it’s almost painful just getting through this one..

if you enjoyed the TV series, then true to form the Audible rendition is better. This series is well written, compelling, and the characters feel real.
I don't think you will be disappointed.

This series keeps you on the edge of your seat wanting to read and read. The only thing that i don't really like is the Narrator. She does a good job but i just don't like her voice. Just me.

Anyone who likes Vampire stories will really like this book. Completely different from the TV show. Loved the cliff hanger ending!!!
