good but more then just vaccines

This was a great book and very informative. I will say it's a bit redundant in places about healthy eating and the like but overall it's got great information.

Great information

I was so overwhelmed by all the information online that was extremely pro or extremely against vaccines, this book helped me understand vaccination better.
I think no matter what you choose- to go with the regular schedule or delay you can benefit from reading this, because the information that your doctor gives you most of the time is not enough.
I really enjoy the audio version of the book because I can listen to it while doing other things and once baby arrives it will be a lot easier to "read" that way. But I might buy the actual book, because having it on paper will make going back and reviewing information a lot easier.
