Boldly go...

First and foremost the greatest part of this audio experience was the narrator. Juggling between the various voices of characters ranging from Chekhov to Dr. McCoy the narrator knocks it out of the park. It's as if you're watching the new film series.

Outstanding performance and story

Robert Petkoff is an outstanding narrator. Alan Foster is an amazing author. The story takes place in the Kelvin Timeline. Shakedown cruise and a distress signal.

Excellent story

As always Alan Dean Fosters writes a great story. The plot and characters are great. And of course Star fleet prevails

Very fun adventure with the movie crew

A very interesting book with a thought provoking ending I was going use to describe the book in this review but decided not too as it may come close to a spoiler.

Only complaint is it could have been longer.
