Where does The True Saint Nicholas rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Because it is such a short story it ranks in the middle mainly because Dr. Bennett is not a professional reader. His voice can sound very droning. The length and the topic allows him to sound more upbeat but there are points where you can tell he needed to take a break.Have you listened to any of William J. Bennett’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Having listened to "America's Last Best Hope" (sic) series Dr. Bennett seems more upbeat while reading this publication. The writing is aimed to the adolescent listener although all ages will enjoy it. There are likely some facts of the Santa Clause character.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
This story made me smile. It is a new tradition to play this on Christmas Eve.Do you know EVERYTHING about Ol' St. Nick?
