Publisher's Summary

Control of Etna Station is balanced on a knife's edge. A daring mission to rescue a hostage will shake the foundations of the already crumbling command structure, making way for enemies to emerge from outside, and from within. Dewey, the advanced zombie, begins to assert his dominance and reveals his ploy to master all humankind, while Vivian Deneaux shows her hand, rigging the complex to blow if she's not given the keys to the city.

Alliances will be strained and loyalties tested as lines drawn in the sand become blurred and must be remade. Events are set in motion that will forever alter the course of the base and the lives of its inhabitants. It's a race for control, and with Mike and his company stuck in jail, they are quickly losing precious ground and must discover who their true allies are. Can the base be saved, or will the human oasis amid the sea of death finally succumb to evil and corruption?

You Will Be On The Edge Off Your Seat

Mark Tufo does it again the bastard. Don't get me wrong, I love his books, and his latest installment of the Zombie Fallout series "The Trembling Path" is no exception. It sucks you in and leaves you with a giant cliffhanger!!! Typical, but worth it. Like a junkie would almost say.
This time Michael Talbot and B.T. along with the rest of the gang along with some newcomers not only have to face evolving zombies, but humans that would betray their fellow man. And to top it off there is a cliffhanger at the end of course...

As always Mark Tufo writes an impeccable story! And Sean Runnette narrates like no other could for this storyline!!!

If you like this review, as well as the books description then buy this book.

I bought this audiobook. This is my honest opinion and review.

Filler book *****SPOILERS*****

What did I just listen to?! I was so excited that at least one of the authors I read series from are using this quarantine time to write. To get another book so fast from Mark was nice. But boy was I disappointed.

This was 11 hours of the same thing over and over. The story did not advance. This felt more like a filler book. Now I want anyone who is reading this to know I have read ALL the books that have to do with this timeline. So I know how it all ends. I honestly just keep reading because I want to know what is going to happen with Adeline. So I know he has 1 filler book and then the next one is amazing. I would just like it for he would say that and I wouldn't have to pay almost $30 for a book that just repeats Mike saying he is going to kill Vivian and not EVER DOING IT!

It's eye rolling all the BS he talks because we know he isn't going to follow through with anything he says because of his emotions...aka weak! Just my own personal opinion.

Thankfully I have audible so I am requesting a refund. I feel like these rating he gets are from hardcore fans who are just settling at this point for anything instead of demanding good quality work we were used to.

Still awesome after all these years

I pre-order these books. I love them. I’m not going to sugar-coat my review. Some of the installments have been 3-star in my opinion but this one was nearly a 5!! I love Deneaux! Her banter with Mike & Co is hilarious!! Sean Runnette is a masterful narrator for this series! This is my favorite Tufo series. I love the core cast and the added members are likable. I won’t give away the plot but I will say that the series is getting better and better!! I’ll continue to buy & read this series for as long as the books are written. Perfect distraction for the world these days. Please keep this core series going! Love!!

this series has non-stop surprises

I have read every Zombie Fallout book released so far and the only bad thing i can say is that eventually the series will end... ha..

This installment to the series pits Mike up against his greatest enemy of the series and the dialog, twist, and tricks are all great and very satisfying if you are a fan of the series. The ending was unexpected to say the least, one of the better last minute twist.

Sean Runnette is as always my favorite audiobook narrator of all time and Mark Tufo is my favorite author and these 2 guys feel as if they were one person they work so well together.
Runnette can cover all emotions and all sorts of different types characters. i put Runnette on par with other audiobook narrator masters like Marc Thompson.

I think this book being the 14th of the Zombie Fallout series i wouldn't recommend jumping into this without reading the others 1st, this is an amazing story but it isn't one to jump into without the rest because there is just too much that happened.

A very great addition to the series

Damn Cliffhangers!!!

I so love this series, the author, and the narrator. The relationships and bonds between the characters are fluid and so believable. The fact that I laugh out loud is another thing that makes it so hard to stop listening once I start. The downside is that the story ends way too fast. Without a doubt one of the best stories of this great genre.
Thank you Mark and Sean!

I swear this Man knows how to drag you into the story. If you've read the others to this series you know the story line is getting good with a couple twist that threw us for loop.

I swear the cliff hanger endings keep getting better and better, MARK Tufo drags you in line by line and then when your on the edge BAM!!! please wait for the next in the series😭😭
It's a love hate relationship💚 I love the books, I hate to wait for the next in line..

Always want more and that's an amazing thing!

Sean always does an amazing job narrating! He is Mike! I cannot hear / see anyone else being Mike.
Tufo has again outdone himself! I remember when he thought ZF wouldn't go past five books! I am so glad he's gone above and beyond that! All of his books have captivated me and the ZF series is definitely my favorite! I am glad there is two more books to come after this one. I will be sad when it ends, but I am so excited to see what is in store in the next two books! As always, Mark, you're amazing!
