Publisher's Summary

The third book in Laura Antoniou's The Marketplace series brings us into the house of Anderson, the Trainer of Trainers, where Chris Parker and a few clients are in residence. Michael LaGuardia loves being part of the Marketplace and loves the sex slaves he regularly trains. After a couple of years in California, though, Michael thinks he is ready for a step up, an apprenticeship with Anderson. He's wrong. Michael arrives at Anderson's Brooklyn brownstone with a chip on his shoulder and promptly trips over his own, oversized ego. There are some very important lessons Michael needs to learn, about humility, respect, and even sex. Fortunately for him, he's come to the one place where he'll get those lessons beaten into him (metaphorically, of course). Also includes the all-new bonus short story, "California Dreaming," a flashback to the grand West Coast parties that Michael's former mentor, Geoff Negel, used to throw.

Got it out of my wish list...

Just okay, it has been awhile since I listened to the first two in this series so I had to become familiar with the characters again...a sure sign I would not be impressed if the characters were not memorable. A unique narration though that is easily not forgotten.

Not very sexy and a little boring not like others

in the series. I struggled to finish this one great gay sex though. Chris is back in this book, got really down and dirty with his character, and loved that part!

Not safe for work but so very very good

This is my 4th full read of this series over 30 years. If you are interested in the most restrictive type of BDSM, or simply hearing about them - pick up this series.

No one conveys this hidden world better than Laura Antoniou.

The third installment of a truly amazing series

Everything in this production of the amazing Marketplace Series is well conceived and excellently executed. The narration and pacing are beautifully done.

The entire production is exceptional.

I recommend this creative triumph without reservation.

meh parts were good i guess...

ok here we go so, I did not appreciate parts of this book where Michael is made to do specific things by Kris even though Michael specifically States
'I do not consent to this'

there are certain scenes that for me borderline on rape.... there is a term CNC but several times in this book people express there ' safe word' which is then ignored.

I don't also like the way that feelings and individuality are belittled in this book! there is no one way of training that fits everybody, that is a proven fact this book goes against that!

the story was ok but I got so angry with this book if I'm honest the more I go into and read the series the less I like it for example the first book was the best and each book has gone downhill since.

Dull

I’m writing words as the review requires a minimum content. All this just to say this book is dull
