Love, family, Christmas...
Sid Thatcher knows pain and loss. Raising his two children, Sally and Tom, while trying to pay the bills and provide for his family as a respected toymaker is a fight just to survive. He can barely make it, even with the help of his father, and fate soon comes calling, and there’s nothing he can do to stop it. Even worse, some of it is of his own making, a regret he’ll live with the rest of his days.
But Sally is resourceful, determined, and desperate to protect her and her brother both, and works hard to fight for a normal life and manage with just their aging grandfather to take care of them. Yet normal is not in the cards for either of them and soon they too, are dealt a hand that threatens to tear them apart. For they end up in an orphanage and are split up immediately upon arrival, perhaps never to see each other again.
But fortune has a way of rewarding those who have faith, and the strength of that faith to carry on. For soon, one family may just find that hope when hope seems lost the most, and despair plagues them all.
And for Sally, that hope is answered prayer, in more ways than one. For this Christmas, she just might find a few miracles of her own, and get the family, and reunion, she wants most.
