Very hard to put down..

Excellent. I loved every minute of this book. The fast pace and well written words accompanied by excellent narration made me think I was a part of the story. I highly recommend this book.

Excellent story!

The narrator is superb alternating between French and Old English! This was a delightful story to listen to. Thank you!

Romantic time travel, excellent narrator

Lovely time travel romance between 1873 and 1793 (French Revolution). The first hour is a bit slow, but it picks up after that and the ending is lovely.
I enjoyed the historical aspects and focus on family relationships.

What a world Ms. Eden has created!

The story is really wonderful and the characters are crystal clear and sharply drawn!

The plot is intriguing as well as romantic with family and love being the main themes. But there is suspense and intrigue, as well! So hard to stop listening! (I was definitely looking for chore I could do or drives I could take in order to keep listening!)

But the true gem of this story is the voice actress!!! She brings it to life with her character voices and authentic accents! Her French sounds fluent, her British accent also sounds true to this place and era.

I looked her up and was surprised to see that she’s only done a couple of other books. I was truly disappointed that I couldn’t find more by her!

I loved this story!! Great characters and it was quick moving! My only complaint is it ended too soon! I really hope she comes out with another book and this becomes a series ♥️

Magnificent

I wasn't certain what to expect from a time-slip novel by Sarah M. Eden, but this did not disappoint. I loved it. I'm also very glad that I listened to the audio version first. The narrator's use of accents really added to the story and helped to bring the distinct syntax of the characters to life. The ending wasn't quite what I expected, but it was satisfying. I looked forward to the next book in this series.

A great book that was greatly enhanced by the excellent narration. Very different and a great love story. I do not like time travel stories, but this was brilliant!
