Publisher's summary

As the modern world crumbles, Christians scramble for answers. The solution is right in front of us—the Christian church, an outpost of the heavenly city among the cities of men. The Theopolitan Vision explains what the church is, and how the Spirit empowers the church's world-transforming mission through Word and worship, Scripture and liturgy. It shows how the church can be a city of light in a dark age.

Status quo challenging

I would recommend this book to any pastor or congregant who is stirred and looking for a greater vision of the church in, and advancing, Gods kingdom now.
If you personally, or your church corporately is stuck in a liturgical and/or cultural rut… then this book (reading) will (or should) expand your current vision so as to find some footing to get unstuck or out of whatever that rut is.
This was a helpful and insightful listen.
