Terry's story telling and Veronica's narration make for a good time.
Been listening to everything from these two, this series as well as others, have been thoroughly entertained.

Felt like half a book.

Didn't feel as though the book had a beginning, middle, and end. Ended awkwardly in the middle.

listen to them in order

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

So, I'll preface my review with the fact that the only other book in the series I've listened to is book 1... I enjoyed it, so agreed to listen and review this one too. I didn't realize I was jumping so far forward in the series, though, so was really pretty lost most of the book. I was interested enough that I kept listening and finished the book, but with the cliffhanger ending, I was still feeling really lost on the series.

More Empire Of Bones

I love Space Operas and this series is one of the best. Terry Mixon keeps coming up with new twists to tie previous themes to the newer stories. The "good" characters are interesting and likable and the "bad" ones are dastardly and suitably evil. At times you need to suspend belief, but hey, it is science fiction. Warning, this is a series and there is a cliffhanger. I consider this a good thing because I know there will be at least one more adventure to share with the Empire Of Bones gang. I usually use a new book in the saga to go back and listen to the whole series again. I found the stories as enjoyable as the first time I listened to them.

As usual Veronica Giguere does a great job with the narration.

Highly recommended.
If you like sci-fi, consider adding these books to your collection. Amazing series.
I can’t wait for the rest of the episodes. Well done.

Another fine addition to an excellent series

Not sure if I've said this before about the series, but Mixon's EoB series is one of the few that I jump on as soon as there's a new release. Looking forward to seeing what happens to PK... both of them. :)

Veronica Giguere's narration is fantastic. She manages to keep the various characters unique as she gives them life, and her vocal talent seems to get better from one book to the next.

I received this audiobook free in exchange for an honest review.

Pretty good story.

Did not realize that I was coming in at book 8 so had to look up some summaries to see what I had missed before. but all in all an entertaining listen.

I was given this book for free but that did not decide how i rated it.

Cliffhanger...again!

The previous book was a cliffhanger. This book should have answered those questions. It did not, nor did it accomplish any of the goals from the previous book(s). The whole book was a set-up for the next book. Which, after this book, holds no promise of answering any of those questions either. Extremely disappointed. Hated being left on the cliff last time but decided to give it a chance and yet still on the same cliff.

Don’t mind setting up for the next book but each book should have a start, a journey and a destination. It should answer the previously left unanswered questions. The first 6 books did. This book was just part of the journey.

Doppelkelsie ?

I just wish we would have gotten the original back, or at least learned more of what's happening with that group.

Are you in a alternative Universe now ?

This is a continuation of the series which fills in the missing elements from
earlier in the series.

If you are familiar with this series you will probably be satisfied with the story.

The Narrator helped move the story along.
