Prairie Legacy - All 4 Books

I absolutely loved this series of books.. You truly get so attached to the people in these books that you hate for the story to end. I ran the full Gambit of emotions throughout this series. I laughed out loud at times, I cried more than I care to admit... and more than once I got angry with a character in the story.. lol. Exceptionally well written and narrated. I will read these again. 👍👍

What an enjoyable story to listen to about a young girl growing up and struggling with life at her age. I enjoyed how the author tells the story of two friends with differing family dynamics and struggles.

I love this. Can't water to do it again. It is so inspiring. The narration is very clear. Very moving.

Another great Janette Oke story

Janette Oke continues to bring great stories that make me laugh and cry and sometimes bring me down memory lane.
I have enjoyed every book I've read that Janette Oke wrote or co-wrote!
None of them beat the "Love Comes Softly" or the "When Calls the Heart" series, tho. A couple other favorites include the "Seasons of the Heart" series and "Drums of Change".
This story is part of a sequel series to the "Love Comes Softly" series. So if you are wondering about the story of the main characters maternal grandparents, Clark and Marty Davis as well as the story of her mother, Belinda, then you need to go back and read the entire "Love Comes Softly" series! It is very good and you won't be disappointed!
I love how Janeete Oke continues writing stories to extend the family of Clark and Marty Davis. It makes me feel like I know them and that they are real characters!

A little slow getting into the story, but a good plot and keeps you involved.

I absolutely loved this! the reader did really well with her voices and making you be able to extinguish between characters. I didn't want to stop listening. I feel so involved with these characters and families I feel like i am there with them. I absolutely love all these books and can't wait to read/listen to more.

Young Virginia is befriended by one of the popular girls at school and is thrilled she was chosen. However, her friend Jenny slowly reveals her true colors. They come from different backgrounds, different upbringings and different places spiritually. As Jenny begins to lead Virginia down the wrong path, Virginia has to give up her friendship to save herself. Unfortunately, she also has to endure ridiculous, manipulation, the loss of the life of friends, illness and a lot of growing up physically, emotionally and spiritually. It’s interesting that just as you are beginning to dislike the character Jenny, in the end, you get a reality and heart check just like Virginia.
