Set in a dystopian near-future London, where property ownership is the only measure of wealth, a huge wall keeps landlords safe from their tenants as explosions rock the streets, and an underground terrorist group, "The Unheard," takes credit for the chaos.

When part-time cleaner Samantha Fuller inadvertently discovers a looming disaster, she enlists cocky journalist and minor celebrity Jack Klein to uncover the details and warn the world. What unfolds is a race against time, with Jack forced to confront not only the harsh realities of a world teetering on the brink of collapse, but also his own complicity in spreading media narratives that may have been orchestrated by the very corporations responsible for the state of the country.

The Tender Wall grips listeners with its fast-paced plot, dark humour, and complex characters, while exploring themes of ecological collapse, misinformation, and the logical culmination of the UK's housing crisis.
