Overall, the performance, editing and overall production.

I just could not get enough of HPLS's Dark Adventure radio dramatizations of HP Lovecraft's stories or stories influenced by Lovecraft.
Simply, the best.
Some listeners might not like the old radio format, but, I love it.
They are my most listened too and anticipated release in Audible.
The beauty of these adaptations is you feel like you are part of the ride.
The closest feeling listening to them is like watching, The Raiders of the Lost Ark, for the first time.
Intoxicating and exhilarating!!
I bet, Lovecraft himself would give these radio dramatizations two big thumbs up!!

Subpar

I love the dark adventure radio theater stuff but this one was very disappointing. The story was a Lovecraft imitation and just didn’t come off. The performances were mediocre at best. Most of the characters were Italian and Egyptian so the Americans playing the parts had to fake the accents. They were an unconvincing distraction. Hoping for better with their next outing
