Great resource for parents

As a therapist who sees the majority of patients with anxiety and depression; and the mother of 7 children; I wish I had this tool when my own children were at home. I have already begun recommending it my clients who have children still at home or who need to understand their own experiences with anxiety or depression that may have begun to develop during adolescence.

Fantastic resource

As a therapist and mama of 4 boys, I appreciate this book so much. It breaks down difficult to understand concepts into ideas that one can grasp with no prior knowledge of mental health. The action steps and resources provided are helpful and can be implemented with confidence. I highly recommend this book!
