I wished I could escape my world, but I never expected to whisked away by mysterious magic. From the moment I woke up, I've been in danger, chased by villains and monsters alike. But then I met him, and this strange new world suddenly doesn't seem so bad.

Tyler and his friends were just taking a summer road trip before college to escape the harshness of their realities. They never expected a magical book to transport them to a fantasy world full of magic, dragons, swords, and monsters. Now, split up and wandering, they find themselves slowly being changed by the world of Bramoria. When the truth comes out, it's too late to reverse the effects, and Tyler must face his friends head-on to save them from the curse of the Grimoire of Kings.

Will they make it out of Bramoria alive, or will they be trapped forever in a world doomed to die?

Warning: This epic fantasy box set contains jaw-dropping twists, dragons, sexy cat boys, sizzling romances, character growth, and a happily ever after that will leave you craving more. This book should only be heard by those who like their main characters angsty, and cat ears on their love interests!

This book was fun at times, but was a very slow burn.
The main character was really annoying most of the time and I really only kept going for the side characters.
like other reviews here, it really doesn't pick up until book 3, everything else just feels like filler.
I know people don't like the narrator and I can see why. He reads kind of slowly and incorrectly depending on certain moods that are supposed to be portrayed.
I think he will be a good narrator some day though.

Good, but annoying sometimes

This coming of age tale was absolutely wonderful to listen to and I hope there is a continuation one day.

Wonderful trilogy

The story was fine but the reader was not good. The long pauses between each sentence and random pauses in the middle of sentences caused me to almost stop listening after just 10 minutes. I decided to just suffer through and speed up to 1.5 speed and it was manageable but still annoying.

Ugh…the reader was bad

I have to say that this has been one the best listens I’ve had in a long long time. The narrator put on an incredible performance. And the story is well written, and an exciting quest with very compelling characters. It was also an exciting blend from an ordinary world we all know that launches into a quest that we’d all love to be a part of!
The trilogy is fantastic and the audiobook performance deserves recognition too!

Writing, characters, and the narrator was beyond brilliant and amazing!

It was slow to get going. Third book I was def hooked. Look forward to some other books from the author. Someone get that twink a vodka soda.

Such a twink!

Lordt Tyler was the most annoying character I have ever read but the story was good but it was hard to get through.. man I really wanted him to die but towards the end he got a little better.

It was something alright

I got the trilogy thankfully. I agree with a lot of other reviews about the MC, He was really annoying for the first 2 books but I think he redeemed himself in the third installment. The author should continue the story though. It leaves you kind of hanging. I also think this would make a good movie. All 3 books in 1 movie.

Enjoyed very much

I don’t remember the last time an MC pissed me off so much. If this was a show at least I could ignore when he was on screen, but reading this story through his mind is insufferable. I read some of the reviews and thought he couldn’t be that bad, I was wrong. I thought I could overlook it, that was incorrect. How could someone supposedly so invested in his friends be so self obsessed and spineless? I lost every ounce of respect when he pocketed money from the villagers trying to thank Koto for saving their lives, and i never gained any respect back. He not only pocketed it but then gaslighted the man into apologizing. I kept trying to continue but I genuinely don’t want to entertain Tyler’s thoughts in my head anymore

I couldn’t finish book 1

Loved it! As a realtor I spend countless hours driving and this series was so entertaining.

Great story and story telling

Thank goodness that’s over. Glad I got the whole set so I didn’t have to buy them Individually. As many people have already mentioned…the main character is annoying…for the entire series. There is little to no character growth and are forced to listen to the main character whine the whole time.
I get that is a coming of age story and finding yourself etc but for the only “action” to be a drawn out kiss to happen (at the end) made for a drag of a book.
I expected too much and was let down. Alas

Not worth your time
