Acerca de esta escucha

The Synchronicity War is going badly for the human race and its loyal AI allies. The 11,000+ humans remaining in the universe are desperately trying to remain undiscovered by their xenophobic alien adversaries while they attempt to rebuild a viable military defense and discover how they're receiving messages from the future.

But the humans have now been contacted by a third alien race that says they want to help and tells the humans that the xenophobic aliens aren't the real enemy. The real enemy is a life form that has a nightmarish biology and is a threat to the entire galaxy. What can 11,000 humans do that two other alien races can't do? How will two very special AIs ultimately decide the fate of their creators, and who will pay the ultimate price for their loyalty?

That is all.

Some of the science is missing or just way to extravagant to believe but it's a sci fi book. If you've made it this far then you've gotten over it lol. Super good performance. Love the narrator.. Luke Daniels is super cool.

Loved it.

I could probably listen to this every year, expecting it to become a reality. You have been warned...

Expect the Unexpected.

If you could sum up The Synchronicity War, Part 3 in three words, what would they be?

Entertaining, edge of the seat action, thoughtful premises.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I liked the main character because I could relate. I also like his boss.

What about Luke Daniels’s performance did you like?

Luke did a great job, especially with the different "voices" of the various characters. Quite a range, and he kept them all straight too.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES. In fact the series was one I wanted to listen to all in one go, but it was impossible. Have to eat, sleep, and work too.

Any additional comments?

Just that I recommend the series.

Still engrossed and wanting more

I can't wait to see what the future... or the past has in store for the characters. I'm loving everything about this series. It's really hard not to binge listen and I find myself getting so drawn into the story, especially in part 3.

Just as great as the the first 2 parts

Using timelines to repeatedly jump the shark. I think I am done with the series at this point.

This is a review of the third book in a series please listen to those first as this review may contain spoilers to those books.

The Synchronicity War (Book 3) picks up right where The Synchronicity War (Book 2) leaves off. Aliens life exists and they all do not want the human race dead. Some are pacifists, they do not have weapons, yet they have vast technological knowledge. Some of which they are willing to share so that humans might survive long enough to save yet another alien race. We found that we can communicate with the past, well at least send messages aka visions, to help ourselves win key strategic battles.

There is a lot happening in this installment, way too many spoilers to giveaway.

Book 3, to my enjoyment, focuses much more on the AI involvement. I love that Wehr went the route of having these artificial beings that humans created become, after maturing somewhat, fully sentient beings. These machine have feelings for humans, especially Shiloh, and we find out for one another. This is one of the driving forces that make this space battle adventure so much fun.

There are a few moments that feel like watching the movie Groundhogs Day, because certain thing are repeated a few times from different perspectives.

Between the publisher’s summary and what I have written above, I cannot say much more about the plot.

Just know this. If you are in need of a multi book epic military based space opera series and has great battle scenes, multidimensional characters with great interactions between, humor, sorrow, makes you squirm in your seat from anticipation, where the technology makes sense, you are in for a wild ride with this one.

Luke Daniels is on the ball with this performance. He handles everything the Wehr throws at him with grace and comes out triumphant. Daniels has this uncanny ability to produce a dozen, give or take, unique and almost monotone robot like voices. Plus all of the human characters and alines with their emotional needs. And it all make sense. Bravo!

Would you consider the audio edition of The Synchronicity War, Part 3 to be better than the print version?

Nice balance between technology and storyline. Great book. I hope that the author continues the series into book #4. The characters are amazing - particularly, the AIs.

I hope there is a part 4 coming!

I love the story and the concept of the friendly and dedicated AI's. Good SciFi story over all.
