Love the Continuation

The Synchronicity War books were the first I have listened to from Dietmar Wehr. Kinda turned me into a fan boy. Finally got to get to the continuation of the saga. Prior to listening to this, I went back and did the first four books again to catch me back up. Very happy how this progressed and the story played out.
Looking forward to the next volume. Such a great series.

As good as the earlier series

I really enjoy Dietmar Wehr's work. It took me a little while to get used to the new narrator, whose version of the AIs differs significantly from the previous performer. Once I got used to it, I enjoyed the book.

Gritty Determination

The interaction between the human and AI characters as they work together to solve the issues of avoiding extinction of the race may seem “out there” to some. However, “hope” for a positive outcome in one’s life is worth fighting for. As such, I believe the author captures that spirit in telling the story while not avoiding the reality of “not everyone wins or survives.”

Narration Change

After listening to the first four books, to change narrators, killed all the main characters. I don’t know if this book is good or not. It’s not the people I knew from before. Bad move for the series. If you liked the first three or four books, just stop there. Don’t ruin them as this change did.
