Thsi week Frank and Mere chat with Sara and Ian Goodson. This adventuresome duo are in constant motion with work, kiddos, the sweetest dog ever, and somehow still finding time to conquer Echelon milestones. Sara is about to hit 1000 Strides and recently brought home the bronze in an impromptu race. Ian doubles as both co-racer and photrographer when not training for his own marathon. They are also avid riders of bikes that go somewhere when the Minnesota weather cooperates, including completing a Centrury Ride in 2025.
