Error filled narration of insight free self-help book

The narration of this book is bizarre. The cadence and pauses were so strange that I first thought it was a robot reader. But then later I heard I loud sigh when he made a mistake. While reporting the references he actually cleared his throat. There were so many passages that were repeated after read in error that I wondered if anyone had proof read it.

The solutions for stress included such revelations as getting enough sleep, exercising, leaving toxic relationships and making a budget. I did not encounter too many new ideas. In addition there are numerous quotes from such assorted wise persons as Madonna, Albert Einstein, Calvin Coolidge, Princess Diana, and Joel Olsteen. Dr. Foster lacked the expertise to write this book and I wish I had not selected it.
