Best Cobin so far!

I've read several of Harlan Cobins books in the past and haven't enjoyed them as much as " The Stranger".
There was never a time in the book when I felt that I knew how the story would end. Every time I felt that I might be close, the story zinged or zagged in another direction.
By the end of the book I knew that I had been on an exciting trip and that I finally knew all the ins and outs of the story.
As a side note, I really enjoyed the reading of this book. Will look forward to listening to another book read by him.

Loved it

Fast paced, totally intriguing story. Not a perfect happy ending but loved the mystery throughout the story. This is my first Harlan Coben book. I will be checking out many more from this author in the future, no doubt about it.

Coben is great... not his best story

I have enjoyed many of Coben books. this so far is not a second read for me. I enjoyed it, but some areas seemed a to lag in comparison to other books he has written.

Stranger indeed

great twists and turns, definitely a page turner. Hard to listen to, rather than read with the characters jumping around the way they do, but overall a good story with a few twists you never saw coming.

Good for a freebie

I think I recognize the plot from a trailer on Netflix. I had to speed up the recording to 1.1 bc the narrator read a bit slow. I would definitely read more by this author.

Better than most books I've heard on here, but it ended slightly abruptly. Good.
