This book is helping me navigate a mindset shift in my life. As well as other stoic philosophy. This one is tailored to women, which some may not deem as necessary, but I have found it enlightening for me. Life long depression and anxiety, the shift to stoic thinking is a way out, and to a more fulfilling life.

The narrator sounds like she’s having a hard time breathing and she’s very monotone and it’s terribly boring to listen to.
