Publisher's summary

I used to tell myself lots of things: I’d be a successful musician; I’d perform with the most prestigious orchestras around; camping trips were boring; and aliens weren’t real. But life had other ideas.

I’m only a high school music teacher, and if I’m lucky, I get to play in a tiny community band. And my boring camping trip turned insane when an actual alien saved my life. But by protecting my life, he may lose his.

Will we be able to get him back to his ship in time so their doctors can save him? The woods are filled with threats I never imagined. Will we even make it out alive?

If we succeed, will I get to go to the stars with him?

The Star That Fell to Earth is a full-length sci-fi/alien romance with a guaranteed HEA. It is the first entry in the new Galaxy of Sound and Fury series.

Fantastic beginning

This is both a love story and a story of fighting and just a fantastic tale of alien human interaction and a all around great beginning to an amazing series

Good short listen

This is a great start to what I'm hoping to be a great series. The story & characters are well developed & easily pictured in your minds eye. The storyline jumps straight into the action. It is a bit slow in a few places but picks up quickly. There is one sex scene towards the end of the book. It is explicit & the duration is long but easy to get through. Narration is excellent & easy to listen to as well. I'm definitely looking forward to the next book in the series.

Different take on alien romance…

The story took me a while to get into. And even after listening to it I have a hard time picturing some of the characters. The scenery that was created was absolutely vivid and engulfing. I don’t particularly love when authors leave books on cliffhangers such as this one, I would’ve liked to of known that in advance; I would’ve still listened but I would’ve liked to of known. There were scenes that felt forced and parts of the book that felt like there was a little something missing. Overall a decent book.

Dom and Teena have done another spectacular job and providing an engrossing and immersive experience that brought not only characters but scenes to life. Don’s growl fits perfectly, the sound effects are fantastic and Teena does such a wonderful job with providing each female character with her own voice! I love the spice Dom and Teena bring to each book they have narrated!!! No two books ever sound the same and even a book that is not what I consider “5 star” becomes better just by having these narrators acting.
