Bridget Bishop has compiled a masterful grimoire that covers not only the basics for beginners, but just about every facet of spells a budding practitioner could want to get their hands on. This collection of spiritual goodies focuses on crystals (that I absolutely adore), Candle, and Herb magic. There is so much info here that those either with their own home herbal gardens (who will naturally be more inclined to focus on the herb spell aspect), crystal collection, those who practice with altars, or just about anyone else, will get something from this. The smorgasbord of crystal facts and their individual properties and what they are good for was really educational and it has enlightened me to what I need to pick up on my next crystal store visit. The “lay me down to sleep” spell will be lovely for those who have been suffering from insomnia. The “hands off” spell for warding off unwanted attention is also immensely useful in this day and age of people being nasty to each other online! Very much appreciated.

Overall this book was extremely informative. I enjoyed it very much, the only thing that could have made it better would be a small PDF of general info like candle colors, crystals, herbs, and maybe a general spell for each. Trying to write and keep up with someone talking has never been my strong point so maybe that's more of a me problem but I thought I'd share.
