The book has very simple and has practical techniques. My disappointment and concern is the links no longer work. It’s makes me wonder if the author completely abandoned The Smile Prescription and may not stand by everything he said in the book. After being unable to access the links, I searched for videos of Dr Rich they are quite old now—most from around 2016. I found this odd, considering Dr Rich believed The Smile Prescription could be the most important book you ever read.

At some point around chapter 2, I knew this was going to get better however not only did this book NOT get better this book got progressively WORSE.

If I were to describe myself I would call myself a cheerleader. Because of this virtue, I am quick to give almost all things a fair chance, that is to say, I can appreciate that not every read is a page turner. In other words I voluntarily hung in there Wayyyyy too long.

How is this guy getting away with this "content" as informational, educational, insightful or instructional?

Clearly this "book" is a script of fluff for financial gain of the "author",

The time I spent with this Audible is sadly time I can never get back.
