Free of fluff, packed with realistic insights
I connected with Laura on LinkedIn recently and she told me about this book she wrote and shared the additional resources that come along with it. I placed an order for a physical copy but chose to listen to it on Audible as well.
I am so glad I did, as a small business owner, veteran and someone who works in large corporate environments as well, I've tried to find ways to improve all of the time. I've listened to many books on development and ways to self improve and cut bad habits.
The Six Habits was truly timely as Laura wrote on many key areas I found myself struggling in and did not provide fluff or fake ways to overcome like other titles, she sets realistic goals and practical methods to improve in all areas of life and I have doubled down on putting all of this into practice.
If you are on the fence, put the other titles back and stick with this one. Fantastic author and truly engaging as well as an incredible person in reality.

Change Making Habits
Laura DiBenedetto has created a game-changing book for anyone who can't get out of their own way in life. This is one of those books that I had to listen to twice because I wasn't going to get it all in one go-through. Read by the author, "The Six Habit"s gives comprehensive methods with real-life examples. Additionally, the author developed a website with free assistance tools and materials to help you get started. I found this to be one of the best books to help create new habits to bring about the change I want. I hope you all feel the same way.
