The most beautiful end to a beautiful series
I absolutely loved this book.
Jaron is the most fun, mischievous, unpredictable, and slightly foolish character ever.
Imogen is the kindest, sweetest, and most perfect fit for Jaron.
This book is the perfect mix of drama, action, adventure, war, true loyalty, coming of age, and a little romance. The series is beautiful, but the last book is perfect. I almost cried at the end, I wish there was a another book at the same time I feel Jarons story has finally ended. The feeling at the end is one of contentment and completion.

Enjoyable, but Over the Top
I've enjoyed the series, but Jaron's escape from impossible situations is so over the top that I often struggled to suspend reality. I wish this series were a little more realistic. I really enjoyed the romance and this is my favorite book in the series because the romance was developed better than the previous books.

An interesting end to the Ascendance Series
I finally got around to reading this book, and it's an interesting ending to the Ascendance Series! Surprisingly, this takes place over a few days and we see Jaron take some differing views on his own introspection. But the Prozarian return makes for a great, if not somewhat annoying, antagonist!
A great ending if any, and I look forward to re-reading this entire series again soon.

Astonishing
This series has made significant changes to my life it mad made me wiser in the fact that I can understand the way that people throughout my life think about me I have come to learn to accept those thoughts and embrace them. It is unfortunate that this is most likely the end of the series swing as jaren has finally settled Down and slowed his life. The only foreseeable way of continuing this series is if it is carried onto storm whom most likely will cause more damage than jaren even did
