Excellent book!

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This was a very interesting listen. I found the concepts presented in this book to be well thought out and delivered in an engaging and authentic way. The narration is well done. Mr. Johnston's voice is pleasant and lends itself well to the book. I found the idea of our lives being influenced (in both directions) by our ancestors and our own actions very profound. I think this is a great choice for anyone seeking to better understand themselves and to become a better parent.
