Katie's life, meanwhile, is a daily struggle - from her dismal rental to her oddball flatmates to the tense office politics she's trying to negotiate. Not for me
I don't like to give poor reviews but to read this you need to be the sort of person who believes that; 1 , someone who doesn't know the difference between delphinium and ragwort can get a job as a professional gardener and 2, someone who has never read a book can become an author.
Badly written and badly read. A waste of a credit

The name is Selena, say it correctly! Who would have the name “Celina”. Quite annoying the way the narrator mangles names and words. Also Prue’s character was voiced so annoyingly it was distracting.

Predictable nonsense
I can't think of anything positive to say or of any redeeming qualities. Just a load of twee twaddle really.
The narration was fine though. Not the best I've heard, but decent enough.

Good storyline & characters. Fabulous narration.
Enjoyed the story, but did feel that the main character was a little pithy, especially when it came to her dealing with Helena.
Narration was brilliant as always by Kirsten. I could listen to anything she reads.

Ava thinks love should be found in the real world, not on apps that filter men by height, job, or astrological sign. She believes in feelings, not algorithms. So after a recent breakup and dating app debacle, she decides to put love on hold and escapes to a remote writers' retreat in coastal Italy. At the retreat, she's not allowed to use her real name or reveal any personal information. When the neighboring martial arts retreat is canceled and a few of its attendees join their small writing community, Ava, now going by "Aria", meets "Dutch", a man who seems too good to be true.
