Truly, an incredible business fable. Having worked in aviation, and the hospitality industry for most of my professional career, most people definitely want to find the safe choice for their travel. It’s why people return to the same airline again and again, or their favorite vacation destination. When customers feel safe, and there’s a culture of ridiculously thoughtful service, that’s when lifelong memories are made.

What I expected was a story of the perfect business model, full of corporate jargon. What I got, what I'm sure you'll get also, is a lesson in life. Slow down, listen for that out of balance wheel and address the "thump,thump,thump" which is present in everyone's life, personal and business, from time to time. Maintain the small things and big things can happen.
This book is for everyone. I saw it from more of a personal, home relationship side, rather than a business side.
