Months later Nordstrum is called upon again to do the impossible, opposed by both elite Nazi soldiers and a long-standing enemy who is now a local collaborator - one man against overwhelming odds, with the fate of the war in the balance, but the choice to act means putting the one person he has a chance to love in peril.

I never knew about this happened during WW11. Awesome story and so well done. loved it!

Another winner from Andrew Gross. I purchased and enjoyed “The One Man” and this is another thrilling, suspenseful masterpiece of historical fiction that kept me on the edge of my seat. As with The One Man, Edoardo Ballerini gives a masterful performance that adds so much richness to the telling of this story.

Wonderful Story

I am a big fan of World War II stories. This one was unlike any I’ve ever read. I found the story fascinating, liked the characters and the way the author brought them to life. Understanding what was happening in Norway gave me new insights into the war as a whole. This book is a tribute to the brave men who sacrificed their lives to save all of us from the Nazi atomic program.

A fine piece of historical fiction by a wonderful writer, Andrew Gross keeps you at intense attention to the unrelenting commitment that was embedded in the Norwegian movement and that helped beat back the Nazis in their unrelenting pursuit of destroying the lives and liberties of so many people.

Well written and performed

Exciting, suspenseful, and perfectly read. The story is masterfully performed- no easy feat with so many characters and accents. Highly recommend this .
