Publisher's summary

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett reveals the real story behind Hillary Clinton’s deep-state collaborators in government and exposes their nefarious actions during and after the 2016 election.

The Russia Hoax reveals how persons within the FBI and Barack Obama’s Justice Department worked improperly to help elect Hillary Clinton and defeat Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

When this suspected effort failed, those same people appear to have pursued a contrived investigation of President Trump in an attempt to undo the election results and remove him as president.

The evidence suggests that partisans within the FBI and the Department of Justice, driven by personal animus and a misplaced sense of political righteousness, surreptitiously acted to subvert electoral democracy in our country.

The audiobook will examine:

  • How did Hillary Clinton manage to escape prosecution despite compelling evidence she violated the law?
  • Did Peter Strzok, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Loretta Lynch, and others obstruct justice by protecting Clinton?
  • Why was there never a legitimate criminal investigation of Clinton in the Uranium One case?
  • Are the text messages exchanged between Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page evidence of a concerted effort to undermine the electoral process?
  • Was there ever any real evidence of "collusion" between Trump and the Russians?
  • Did Trump obstruct justice in the firing of Comey, or was he legally exercising his constitutional authority?
  • Did the FBI and DOJ improperly use a discredited "dossier" about Trump to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Trump associates?
  • Should Mueller have disqualified himself under the special counsel law based on glaring conflicts of interest?
  • Was fired National Security Adviser Michael Flynn unfairly charged with making a false statement?

With insightful analysis and a fact-filled narrative, The Russia Hoax delves deeply into Democrat wrongdoing.

Laughably dumb

I think my favorite part is when he asserts that evil secret government agents created the "fake dossier" to take down trump. So they waited until AFTER the election to leak the document? LOL, that doesnt even make sense. If the purpose of the dossier was to hurt trump then of course they would have leaked it prior to the election. Furthermore Jarret claims that the dossier is what triggered the whole Russia investigation. This is a lie. One of Trumps cronies by the name of George Papadopoulos boasted to Australian diplomats that the Russians had dirt on Hillary that they would use to help his guy Trump win the election. The Australians were alarmed and alerted the FBI. This happened BEFORE the dossier. Jarret conveniently left that out.

Jarret also makes the claim that Hillary Clinton abused her power as a member of CFIUS by approving Uranium One. Jarret claims that in order for Uranium One to be approved all members of CFIUS must be in unanimous approval. A single veto could ruin the deall so says the author. This is another one of the authors lies. CFIUS does not vote at all in these matters. There is no voting or vetoing or anything of the sort. Each member of CFIUS simply reviews the request and can make recommendations to the president. No member of CFIUS has the authority to veto these sorts of deals. Don't believe me? Look it up. Google how CFIUS works and you'll see that Gret Jarret is a liar just like all of Trump defenders are.

Almost every word is a lie

It's hard to describe how sad I feel that 1/3 of American's read and believe this trash. With publicly available documents, you can prove that almost every assertion is an absolute lie. This "non-fiction" reads like wet dream for Infotainment star Sean Hannity. It's as if the author said "What are all the things Donald Trump would like to be true but aren't?" and crammed them into this trash. The true irony is the author thinks of himself as a patriot. I have a suggestion to all who read these lies, read the indictments at DOJ Special Counsel Office. That is what facts look like. This book makes me sad for America.

If u believe this garbage pls invest ur $ w/ trump

As I was writing this it came across the news the campaign manager's right hand man testified under oath that he committed crimes with the head of the campaign for the campaign... Seriously, if you are this gullible please put your entire savings into a trump related way to invest, you deserve the returns you're going to get. Fox News is literally playing to the weakest parts of your mind, they have convinced the party that billionaires need 1.5 trillion dollars in welfare because it's the best thing for the middle class who has to make up the shortfall.... absolutely incredible....

Excellent research and book!

I've thought all along this witch hunt was simply an effort to take attention away from Hillary's crimes, and I was right! Jarrett explains detail by detail how the deep state worked to cover up Hillary's misdeeds and then framed Trump based on a fake dossier bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton. A must listen!

The Russian hoax

It is amazing how the left wing media and democrats are so willing to ignore and even cover up the crimes that have been committed by our intelligence agencies. All the while not even pretending to want to hear the truth. The Democrats are happy to blindly follow and lap up every dishonest word the left wing media speaks.

Ignore the One Stars

You will notice a small number (very small) of one-star reviews. Unlike Gregg Jarrett, who has hundreds of footnote references, these reviewers present none for their arguments. There's a reason for that. What they are telling you is simply regurgitated news media nonsense. They are trying to make you think that Mr. Jarrett has neither intelligence nor wisdom. They are, of course, wrong. Gregg Jarrett is a very intelligent man, an articulate attorney, and a meticulous researcher.

Buy it. Listen. Decide for yourself.

In the "pages" of this audio book is the truth. It might not be comfortable for some. Sometimes the truth is simply that way. This book, in my opinion, should rally those who believe in this future of this nation to request that our representatives push forward until the truth of all of these shady dealings by these miscreants provides a pathway to prison for them.

My one complaint about the audio is the narrator. Has he and/or the director/producer of this audio been living under a rock?! Many of the names in this audio are wrong, and they never should be, considering how well-know these names are to the general public. If I were Mr. Jarrett, I would not be happy. Harper Audio...you are better than this. Shame on your for releasing an inferior product. How can I trust anything else that you put out?!

The Illusion of Explanatory Depth

I'll start with a rather long quote explaining the headline of this review.

"If you asked one hundred people on the street if they understand how a refrigerator works, most would respond, yes, they do. But ask them to then produce a detailed, step-by-step explanation of how exactly a refrigerator works and you would likely hear silence or stammering. This powerful but inaccurate feeling of knowing is what Leonid Rozenblit and Frank Keil in 2002 termed, the illusion of explanatory depth (IOED), stating, “Most people feel they understand the world with far greater detail, coherence, and depth than they really do.” - Adam Waytz, Psychologist & Associate Professor, Northwestern University.

I thought of the above quote while reading "The Russia Hoax" by Gregg Jarrett. If you had asked me before reading the book if I understood all the many moving parts of the so called "Russia Investigation" into the campaign of Donald Trump started by Robert Mueller in May 2017, I would have said "Sure, I understand it and all that's being done by the Mueller investigation". But, we "say" we understand something when we really don't. The brain just skims the surface, understanding a cursory view and we call it good. As in the example in the quote above, if you were to ask me to produce a detailed, step-by-step explanation of the "Russia Investigation" that includes events from 2016 to date, I could barely scratch the surface.

The good news is, we don't have to. Gregg Jarrett has done it for us in "The Russia Hoax" and he has done it brilliantly. His legal background and news reporting experience uniquely qualifies him to explain in great depth what happened, how it happened and what the consequences will be if the investigation, and the players that schemed it all up, is not examined and challenged. For the first time, I fully understand what is being perpetrated upon a duly elected President and why. Gregg not only explains the what and why, but he sites codified federal law to show how these individuals created an absolute hoax. The American people should be grateful for this book and its "eye opening" revelations. It should make you mad. It will shake you to your core when you read how deep the state really is when it decides to come after someone "they" deem shouldn't be among them in D.C. It should make you question the unfettered power that exists at the highest levels of government, especially the leaders of the FBI, DOJ, other intelligence agencies and a political party running Hillary Clinton as their candidate. And yes, even the Executive branch of Barack Obama.

Gregg Jarrett's work here is so well done, it should be used as a primer for anyone needing to understand what exactly is happening with this HOAX and more importantly, a resource to combat the rhetoric and fake news coming at us 24/7 from the mainstream media.

I highly recommend this book. Even to those who don't like Donald Trump should read this book. If they can do this to a sitting President where no crime has been committed, they can do it to any person they want. And that should scare the hell out of you.

How many times can you repeat the same sentence with different words

This book should have been released as a podcast he could’ve covered all the topics in about 15 minutes instead of dragging out for hours and hours I couldn’t finish chapter 3. I am asking audible for refund.

Wow, Alternate title could be the media Hoax.

Great book, tons of facts that are undeniable and extremely concerning. We're living in a time where our politicians and Law enforcement only care about social media appearances. Truth & justice are dead when the government controls the media.
