Almost a Five
I was really into this book. But the cliffhanger ending killed it for me. I was really looking forward to the next book to tie everything together but then it dropped off. Just stopped.

a longer novel
so this one was a bit more drawn out I didn't dislike it I just kind of lost focus and had to put it down more but still a good mid point

I am enjoying this series.
Love this series and I think it is better than some of Narro’s earliest works. The narrator is incredible. It’s like he has a thousand voices.

it keeps getting better
I really enjoyed the whole series. Simon Vance is one of the best and narro is a great writer for epic fantasy tales. I never rate and this series compelled me to.

Great saga
John continues to grow in power. However he can't protect everyone and win the war alone. He needs his friends and allies. The demigods have chosen sides in the conflict, but the enemy kingdom seems to have more strength. I like the action, humor, intrigue, and romance. The narrator adds a lot to the enjoyment of the story.

My lord this series is great
It somehow just keeps getting better and I’m 100% already listening to the next book 😅 this is in my top 3 book series so far and I’m way to excited for the plot to continue 12/10 for everything of course I will no leave without saying Simon Vance is amazing as always

My least favorite of the Series
Yeah, my least favorite of the series, I actually hated the battle parts. The unlimited powers of the enemies, the weak heroes it's never ending same old same old. I'm thinking this is the end for me in this series
