WOW!!!!! to every human struggle that Kelly discusses it is always followed by a reasonable and doable solution (I.e. commit to working out 1x/week; commit to reading 10minutes/day; RELAX on Sunday by going through old photos, spending time with someone you haven't seen for a while). I would also recommend Mark Mansons the subtle art of not giving a f*ck as both authors held similar perspectives for many topics!

Marvelous and Inspiring
This is a simple and wonderful book that pulls you back to your real life's purpose - or puts you on the path to find it. In an ever complex world, there is a simplicity, a little gentle inside voice, and a wisdom - it's a book to be read slowly, thoughtfully and with purpose. Pour a coffee or a tea - and read - or listen. The audio book is narrated by the author and is wonderful to listen to - after the first few pages, it falls into a rhythm... :)
