never have I ever even considered the journey to becoming the Father. I've thought of my role as the young son, my role as the older son, but never have I even considered the Father until this book.

I am a big fan of Henri Nouwen. I am in a study for lent that is based on the prodigal son and I just wanted a little more depth into each of the sons and the father and I found this book very informative and useful
