Horrible male voice

The male voice is terrible and makes it hard to listen to- story good tho

Voice

This was surprisingly sweet for a story set on a planet with such a bad reputation. The ‘worst’ part was the amount of sexy times Ivy has with Zenos.
D’oro’s voice was feminine but not to my taste as it was too high pitched. It was dancing on the edge of my nerves. I also don’t think it fits a current six foot bounty hunter who spent years as a warrior in ReCon. It doesn’t create a vision of the character.

Terrible Narration

The story was exceptional, but the male narration was horrible. The man sounded like he was out of breath every time he spoke using heavy breaths at the of every sentence. It was awful! The female narration was good.

Couldn’t put it down!!!

Amazing story and great narration. I stayed up till 3am to finish the book. I thought I will listen for a couple hours but just couldn’t put it down!!! Grace Goodwin is as always incredible ❤️❤️❤️

Entertaining story!

I really enjoyed this one! We are back to Rogue 5 and Ivy is tracking down a bounty in order to get revenge/justice for her team that was killed after taking a bad dose of quell. She was the lone survivor and just badly. She has been discharged from the coalition and so has come up with a trade and deal with the Astra legion in order to get onto Rogue 5 and find her man. She ends up with a short one night stand with a hot man while waiting for her contact to shortly find out that her one night stand is the contact, things definitely take a turn as both were drawn to each other but are focused on different goals at the time. Ivy to get her man bounty and Zenos to find and get his hands on the antidote to the venom that runs through his hybrid body. He realizes pretty quickly that Ivy is his mate but he can't bite her without risking her life. He doesn't trust in the antidote yet and it causes some problems for sure. He also has to realize how capable Ivy is. I loved watching Zenos show her their way of life as they tracked down her bounty and she understood and fit with their way of life and moral code. This story was full of action and intrigue and sexy times as well. I really enjoyed this one and loved getting more of Rogue 5.
The narrators did a good job with the story and bringing it to life as well as the action.
