Great love story

Gerri Hill can't write a bad book. Loved this one, like all of her others.

Empty time

The time spent in a relationship if you’re not a participant emotionally and physically is empty time. How long should you hang on? Can you be so deep in that you can’t see how toxic the situation has become for you? This, and the power of a red sports bra awaits.

Great story, draws you right in. Could not stop listening. I found myself driving a little slower on the way home from work.

Worth it

As usual Gerri Hill did it again. But would have loved an Epilogue. And Abby Craden is just amazing hands down!!

Realistic, not a traditional love story

Relatable story of the ups and downs of a long term relationship. webs that we find ourselves in and the fight to keep our vows.

So Trusting

Jessica (Jae) was unhappy with her relationship with Catherine, but was clueless to see the real Catherine for so long. Catherine is nothing but a self serving, power hungry beeach. Jae did everything to try and make their relationship work and surpress her feelings she was getting for Drew. A dead give away to Catherines infidelity was the HI trip. Did Catherine really believe Jae was that nieve to not figure out what was going on? Catherine thinks she won, but it was really Jae and Drew who came out the winners.

Abrupt Ending

Could have been more of the two main characters explored connection as well as them together.

4.5 Stars. This is my second book by Gerri Hill so I’m not too familiar with her work yet. But Abby Craden is my favorite narrator as always…she did a phenomenal job with this book! I loved the deep connection between Drew and Jay. It’s a slow burn…but that first kiss is worth the wait!
