Wonderful book - didn’t like narration

Why didn’t the author himself narrate this book? I have heard Dr. Goswami, and he has a very humble way of talking.
The narrator didn’t not even bother to get the pronunciation of Indian words correctly - feels like a low effort narration. Bet if we’re a European language reference he would’ve gotten the pronunciation right.
I regret buying the audible and went ahead and bought the book. Wanted to do justice to Dr. Goswami’s work.

I believe I'm fairly smart, but at times this book was difficult to understand.
