I just recently finished the book, "The Pursuit of His Glory", by Lisa Schwarz. This book has been an eye opener into my heart and mind, and has given me a new life changing revelation. For many years, I have been so concerned about what the outside manifestations look like when walking with the Lord. Through Lisa's book, she reveals that "there is so much more to walking with the Lord and encountering him than just feeling him or experiencing him move". Lisa reveals that " His Glory is the essence of his character and the importance of persuing his heart instead of his ways". This book opened my heart to truly wanting to know and represent the heart of God. I want my whole being to be aware of God's character, realizing that the annointing we all desire, must first be initiated and walked out through a heart of love! God's love, character and glory flowing out of us.
